Ø Switched Radios to 800 MHz to allow for better internal and external communication
Ø Replaced Depleted Fleet allowing for better response time and patrols
Ø Updated Computer and Phones Systems for better customer service including paying taxes and tickets online
Ø Updated Safety Equipment to better protect deputies and residents

INTEROPERABILITY
Ø Brought All Area law enforcement together for the good of the community in hundreds of initiatives
Ø Working with District Attorney and others to attach truancy
Ø Formed Violent Crimes Unit to work with area law enforcement to reduce violent crime
Ø Work with other agencies on the School Drug Task Force in order to provide better security in schools
Ø Moved Communications to EOC with other first responders
