Information on the Louisiana Campaign Finance Disclosure Act:

  • Contributions are limited to $5,000 per “person”, per corporation, per PAC, per partnership or per LLC. A “person” means an individual (husband can be one individual, wife another individual, and separate checks should be used.)

  • Persons involved in the casino gaming industry are prohibited by law from making contributions, as are foreign nationals.

  • All contributors should provide name and address, and are publicly disclosed.
