Background and Education
Sid Gautreaux was born in South Baton Rouge and attended St. Agnes
and St. Gerard schools before his parents made a decision to
relocate to the northern part of the Parish in Baker. He then
attended Baker Middle School and graduated from Baker High School.
Later Sid attended Northwestern University and the University of
Virginia where he was a graduate of the FBI National Academy.
Sid married Suzi Eckert Gautreaux, a former Miss Louisiana World and
top producing real estate agent with the Greater Baton Rouge
Association of Realtors and Keller-Williams. Sid and Suzi recently
celebrated their 31st wedding anniversary. They are members of the
Baker Presbyterian Church, Miracle Place Church, and have four
children and nine grandchildren.
